Strict Digital Assets Policy
Important Notice
Since My Store deals in non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product download link is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
1. Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed. Digital assets are delivered instantly via our automated system to your email address.
2. Technical Failures
If you do not receive the download link within 5 minutes of purchase, please contact us. We will verify and manually send the files to you.
3. Exceptions & Duplicate Payments
Duplicate Orders: If you paid twice for the same ebook, notify us within 24 hours for a 100% refund of the duplicate amount.
Corrupt Files: In case the provided link contains a damaged file, we will replace it. No refunds will be issued in this case.
